Aerial mapping mission captured a seemingly metallic disc over a lake. The mapping crew was unaware of the object until the high-resolution photos were processed, surprising them an revealing the unexpected.

The automated camera aboard captured high-resolution images every 20 seconds, indicating the object was traveling incredibly fast to have appeared in only one frame.

Proposed and researched explanations include weather phonemana, light reflections, or even a chip on the camera lens glass. Some analysis indicates it must have been a physical object. Despite various scrutiny, the photo remains unexplained.
